Face
Benefit- The POREfessional- I apply this after moisturizing, all over, but mostly in my T-zone. The smell is great, a little goes a long way, and I feel that it really keeps things in place. To savor the porefessional, I'll opt for Maybelline's Baby Skin. However, I find it more of a greasy consistency and it doesn't hold as well.
MAC- NC25/ NC30 Foundation- Not sure which foundation this is because I just have a sample, but it is full coverage. The consistency is great and does a good job at covering my scars. I interchange between the two colors, but I prefer NC25 so that my contour will be more defined. I have yet to find a foundation that looks like I'm not wearing any, but I'm not sure if it is the foundation or my skin that is the problem.
MAC- Studio Fix Powder C3- To set everything in place, I just brush this all over. However, sometimes I will opt for a translucent powder on my highlighted areas.
MAC- Mineralize Skinfinish in Give Me Sun- Just a normal bronzer. I use this to contour my cheek bones, forehead, and sides of my nose. I could probably opt for something with a less orangey color and maybe even a cream palette, but this does the trick for now.
Eyes
Maybelline- Instant Age Rewind Eraser in Neutralizer- I apply this concealer in a upside down triangle under my eyes making sure to push it back past the outer eye corner. I have bought this product over and over, but I don't necessarily love it. Sometimes it gets cakey and doesn't blend well. I also use this down the bridge of my nose and sometimes near my cupid's bow and chin.
Milani- Eye Tech Extreme Liner in Blackest Black- This product has made applying eyeliner sooo easy! I used to have to pull my eyes (causes wrinkles!!) to get that line with a gel liner, but with this, I just lightly press it onto my eye, quickly and easily. It also gives great precision-- perfect for everyday winged liner! The only thing I'd say is that my eyeliner is getting sloppy now that the product is drying out after only a couple months.
Maybelline- Mega Plush Volume Express Waterproof Mascara- Again, no real love/hate with this. Let's be honest, I buy this because it's $5. But I've found that since I've gotten this, I have found a new love for putting on mascara, even on my bottom lashes! The waterproof aspect is awesome too. At first, I didn't know it was waterproof so I was wondering why I had such a hard time getting it off.
Eyebrows
MAC- Charcoal Brown Eyeshadow- I use this with an angled brush (lost my MAC 263 ;[ ) and just run it into my eyebrows. I like an elongated brow, but a natural look. I'll interchange this with Makeup Forever Aquabrow on hot days, water activity days, going out, or just for that extra spunk. Seriously so good! Just like a gel liner, but a more liquid consistency, and is waterproof; great for defining. Also, I've had it for almost a year and only barely halfway done with the tube-- worth it!
NARS- Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard- Originally, I had gotten this concealer for my under eyes and maybe blemishes, because it was so raved about. I got matched at Sephora and everything was good. But I guess I realized that it was too close to my skin color to put under my eyes. It was also really cakey and creased. So in the end, I just use this to clean up my brows.
